Derry is inquisitive and alert and likes interacting with people. She enjoys playing with a variety of cat toys, including soft toys she can bat around herself, and interactive toys, such as bits of string and feather wands.

Derry is also very affectionate and is so desperate to show her love to people. She gets excited when people pick her up, and adores being petted and stroked.

This irresistible little cat really needs to find a forever home where she could bond with her family. She would be OK as an only cat, but may also get on with other cats.

"Princess"

Princess is such a beautiful cat with lovely markings and big green eyes that melt your heart. She has a quiet and undemanding temperament which often means she gets overlooked by potential adopters who visit the shelter. This is such a shame because this sweet girl would make such a wonderful addition to a family.

Princess is happy to be left to her own devices for a time, and loves nothing better than to curl up in a soft bed and snooze the day away.

Although she can amuse herself, Princess clearly appreciates attention from time to time, and enjoys interacting with people. She can be playful if given the chance, and will bat a soft toy around and likes bits of string and other interactive toys. Princess is also very affectionate and adores being stroked and petted.

Bern

Bern is an 18 month old mixed breed dog with the coloring of a Bernese Mountain dog but that is where the similarities end. He is leggy and tall and narrow - not big and bulky like a mountain dog in any way.

Bern's mix?? We have him listed as a Border Collie mix because his coat is most like a Border Collies. Bern is a big boy. He is very handsome and gentle.

Bern is athletic and active. He gets along with most other dogs and is very very well trained. Bern walks nicely on a leash and comes when he is called. He knows down and shake-a-paw.

This dog is a great dog in every sense. He has been in our care for almost 60 days!! If you are looking for a great dog - large in size - ready to be your buddy - Bern could be your man...

 

"Durango"

Durango is a handsome young cat with beautiful eyes and lovely coat markings.

He is gentle, friendly and affectionate towards people, and likes to be stroked and petted.

Durango has lots of energy to release at the moment and loves to play with a variety of cat toys, such as feather wands and other interactive cat toys. He is highly curious about his surroundings and is intelligent and inquisitive.

Durango really needs a safe loving home for life where he could settle down and bond with his family. He would suit being an only cat, but may get on with another cat when settled in a calm environment. He is also likely to become less energetic as he gets older and feels more secure.

"Crumbs"

Crumbs is a pretty medium sized cat with large intense green eyes that melt your heart when she gazes at you. She is a very curious intelligent cat who watches everything that's going on around her. 

She has a sweet disposition and is open and friendly to meeting new people. 

Crumbs always welcomes attention and loves affection and to be petted. 

When she is in the mood she will play with a variety of cat toys, but most of the time prefers to watch rather than participate. She also likes to curl up and sleep in a soft comfortable bed.

She gets on great with other cats but is also good on her own and can be left to her own devices for a while.

Crumbs has been a shelter a while now and really needs to find a loving safe home soon. She would not disappoint anyone who decided to take this adorable girl home, so come and see if this beautiful girl is for you.

 

"Holly Berry"

Holly Berry also has a playful side, and is inquisitive and fun. She enjoys the occasional play time with a variety of interactive toys, such as feather wands and rolled up bits of paper.

She enjoys attention and appreciates being stroked and petted.

Holly Berry would make a fantastic addition to a loving family and would suit being a house cat rather than a farm cat, so that she can relax and feel safe in her surroundings.

Bling is a black and white cat with striking orange eyes. She has a semi long haired coat that will require occasional brushing. 

She has a friendly, calm temperament and is always gentle with people.

Bling is a little nervous of her surroundings at the shelter, but still likes to be stroked and petted. Once she is given the chance of new home, she will no doubt gain lots of confidence and will delight her new family with her sweet personality.

Bling would enjoy somewhere soft and quiet to sleep, and can also be playful at times. She could be an only cat, but also gets on well with other cats.

Scrappy is inquisitive and intelligent and enjoys the occasional play time, although is likely to be very much a lap cat!

Because Scrappy is a comfort driven cat, he would suit being a house cat, and would be so grateful to be given the chance to live out his years with a new family, where he could show all his love and devotion.

Scrappy would be good with children and also gets on really great with other cats.

When you meet Guava, you will see what a friendly cat she is. She always gives a warm greeting to whoever comes to see her, and will be glad of any attention she can get.

She likes to sit on your knee and be petted and is really gentle and easy going. This little girl also likes to play and will chase a ball across the room or play with other interactive toys such as bits of string or feather wands.

Because of her lovely temperament, she gets on great with other cats and would fit in to a loving family home wonderfully.

Guava would be a fantastic cat to adopt and would bring lots of joy to a family. She just needs the chance of happiness, so come and make friends with this gorgeous little girl and see if she's the cat for you!

Baloney

Baloney is a sweet, shy girl. She can be timid at first but warms up quickly. Once she knows you, she is very affectionate. She loves to get neck scratches and enjoys cuddling. She is housetrained.

Baloney gets along well with most other dogs. She also likes cats too. She enjoys going for walks and playing with other small breed dogs.

Baloney would do best in quite home with adults only or older children.

 

 "Sas"

Sas is a medium to large sized cat with beautiful markings and large intense green eyes that give him the appearance of a wild cat.

He really needs to find a permanent loving home so that he can settle down and find contentment. At the moment he may appear a little hesitant, but given time and patience, he will almost certainly come in to his own, and be a wonderful addition to a special family.

Sas really enjoys attention and will happily accept being petted and talked to. He would be fine as an only cat, but may also get on with other cats under the right circumstances.

Lyle is adored by everyone who meets him and is popular with staff, volunteers and visitors. He is a sociable little cat who likes people and has a very sweet and friendly personality.

This cute little white cat likes to be held and petted and when tired will happily settle on to a lap for a rest. He also has an energetic side to him and is lots of fun to play with. He has a liking for feather wands or bits of string that he can chase after.

After he has exhausted himself playing, Carlos likes nothing better than some hard earned affection and likes to settle down on a lap and be petted.

Carlos would be a great addition to any family that could offer him a happy and safe home for life and would give tons of love in return. He would be fine as an only cat, but also gets on great with other cats.

The first thing you notice about Buffy is her gorgeous looks. She has beautiful markings and pretty green eyes. She has long fur that will need to be brushed regularly to prevent knot's forming.

Buffy is very serene in her demeanor, and has a calm, laid back attitude. Being around Buffy tends to make people feel very calm and relaxed as well! 
She is happy to amuse herself, but she does like nothing better than attention and adores being picked up and stroked, giving her the potential to be a true lap cat!

This gorgeous girl would suit a quiet, predictable home with plenty of places where she could settle down quietly for a nap. She is not particularly energetic or playful, but loves to observe what's going on around her and watches everything and everyone. She really is such a friendly girl and is a true joy to be around.

Morpheus is a large long haired black and white cat with huge paws! He arrived at the shelter with fur mats which required shaving out, so currently he has a “lion cut”

He will require regular grooming to prevent future problems,

He is a placid friendly boy who is always pleased to see people and likes to sit on your knee and be petted. He is happy left to his own devices, but also likes to feel special, and appreciates attention. He will occasionally play with a variety of cat toys such as feather wands that he can chase and catch, but usually just prefers to watch!

Morpheus would love to find a home either as an only cat or in a multi-cat household.

Ash would make a fantastic addition to any family and would be happy as an only cat, but may also get on with other cats.

Bageria is one of the longer stay residents at the rescue shelter and as a result has been awarded the honour of being able to roam the rescue surroundings.

He appears to be enjoying his new found freedom and likes to watch the staff, volunteers and visitors interacting with the other cats.

Despite his promotion Bageria really needs a home for life and would love to be settled with a loving family where he could show all his appreciation!

Bageria is an affectionate intelligent cat with a wonderful easy going temperament. He likes to make friends with people and is good with other cats.

Cymbal also likes the occasional play time with catch and chase toys, but doesn't over exert herself too much! She loves to sit on a lap and be stroked and is also happy to amuse herself and curl up in a warm bed for a well earned sleep.

Cymbal would make a wonderful addition to any family, and gets on with other cats.
